Electrical Contractor Licensing

As some of you may be aware, as of the 01.07.2018, the eligibility requirements surrounding the Electrical Contractors Licence application have changed. You can find all the changes relating to these changes on the Worksafe Qld fact sheet eligibility-requirements-factsheet

At this stage, GET Compliance still has the additional units currently in development. We are endeavouring to have these available before the start of the last quarter of 2019.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we pride ourselves in delivering a high standard of training and as such will have the courses available when they are to our usual standard and through the lovely red tape. We thank you for your patients.

We do, however, still offer the G197A in a skills improvement environment. Please contact us if you would like to put your employees through this course. Keeping your staff up to speed is just as important as the training itself.

Visit the Electrical Safety Office for eligibility requirements and how to apply for your licence.
