Electrical Contractor Licensing

To provide electrical work as a sole trader, in partnership or as a corporation in Queensland, you must have a QLD electrical contractor licence. Our training courses will enable you to apply to become a Qualified Technical Person and/or Qualified Business Person on an electrical contractor licence.

As of the 01.07.2018, the eligibility requirements surrounding the Electrical Contractors Licence application have changed. You can find all the changes relating to these changes on the Worksafe Qld fact sheet eligibility-requirements-factsheet

Due to our company belief of delivering outstanding training and the current time constants, at this time Get Compliance has decided not to offer the additional units for obtaining an electrical contractor licence.  This was a hard decision to be made and may be reviewed in the New Year.  We are deeply sorry for any additional strain this has caused on your licence process.

Visit the Electrical Safety Office for eligibility requirements and how to apply for your licence.
