Yes! We can deliver a variety of training and services to you at your location.
Most of the units we deliver require periodic refreshing. An initial unit signifies that the trainee is taking the course for the first time, while a refresher is for those who have previously completed the course and are returning to refresh their Unit of Competency.
If you didn’t enrol into your course on our website (ie by phone, email or someone enrolled on your behalf), you will be sent an email with a link to an online enrolment form. Please complete this and sign on the last page.
You will need to supply any pre-requisite documents, if these are required.
Once we have all your required information, you will receive a ‘Confirmation of training’ email. Make sure you have received and read this and you are aware of any PPE requirements for the day/s of training.
Your trainer will need to check a form of photo identification prior to the course commencing, so please have this with you on the day. Make sure you bring any PPE required in the student handbook that you can access from your confirmation email. GET Compliance offers tea, coffee and biscuits to students. There is a fridge and microwave in classrooms for added convenience.
There are toilets on site, male and female, with access to an ambulant toilet if necessary. Tea, coffee, biscuits, a fridge for food/drink storage and a microwave in the classroom as well.
That is completely up to you. There is a fridge for storing cold items and a microwave for convenience.
Outside of this, there is a coffee shop down the street and we are a stones throw from Westfield Helensvale that provides a variety of options.
This is course specific. Please refer to the student handbook for information regarding PPE requirements.

As an RTO, GET Compliance has 30 days to issue your certificate after you have been deemed competent. However, GET Compliance prides itself on prompt issuing of certificates and can generate them on the day providing that the trainee has been deemed competent by the assessor and payment has been made.
Yes! We understand that there are certain jobs and industries that operate around the clock and GET Compliance works with employers to arrange training at hours that suit their needs.
Due to the nature of some courses it is impossible to assess the practical component if a trainee is unable to perform the task/s required. In these instances, GET Compliance will work with the trainee, where possible, to accommodate any injuries. If this is not possible, we will advise the trainee of a future date that the training and assessment can be held.
As we share the facility that we are located in, unfortunately there is no on-site parking available. However, there is plenty of street parking available. Alternatively, we are a short walk from Westfield Helensvale and Helensvale tram/train station.
