Unit of Competency:
HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines. This unit applies to all persons who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
UETDRMP018 Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to perform a rescue from live low voltage (LV) electrical apparatus in an electrical industry environment. This does not include overhead lines and underground cables. It includes the organisational workplace requirements for the inspection and use of live LV panel rescue equipment, and how it applies to electricity supply industry (ESI) workers and/or electrical industry workers to meet work health and safety (WHS)/occupational health and safety (OHS), mobility and mutual aid requirements.
UETDRMP010 Provide first aid in an ESI environment
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid in an electricity supply industry (ESI) environment. It includes the recognition and provision of an initial response where first aid is required and how it applies to ESI workers to meet work health and safety (WHS)/occupational health and safety (OHS), mobility and mutual aid requirements.
UETDRMP011 Testing of connections to low voltage electricity networks
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to perform testing of connections to low voltage (LV) electricity networks in the electricity supply industry (ESI) environment. It includes the requirements for testing when connecting and/or reconnecting a customer’s installation to an electricity supply network and how it applies to ESI workers to meet work health and safety (WHS)/occupational health and safety (OHS), mobility and mutual aid requirements.

Pre-requisites:
As this is a refresher course, all participants will have to prove that they have completed all units previously.
Note: Those holding an existing Certificate III ESI or Certificate III Electrotechnology qualification or equivalent meet the prerequisite unit requirements.

Our training meets the needs of students, employers and industry standards. Nationally Accredited Courses delivered by GET Compliance are consistent with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). This supports those who work across states who may require a Nationally Recognised Competency.
GET Compliance utilises an online Learner Management System to issue course material, conduct assessments, store records and issue certificates. Please make sure you bring along a ‘smart’ device such as laptop or tablet to ensure you can access your Learner Portal. We don’t recommend mobile phones. GET Compliance has a limited number of tablets on hand for trainees to use if they don’t have a device.
Students undertake both theory and practical assessments to complete each Unit of Competency. Students receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) when they successfully complete Units of Competency. They receive Certificates of Achievement for Non-Nationally Recognised training.

Enrolment confirmation requires a completed Enrolment Form. Trainees receive forms via email.
